Laura Boland is an artist that uses hair as her medium. With a background in fine art, she has a natural ability to translate her visual eye into into her daily work; giving it a unique and signature quality. Her approach is sculptural; yet technically precise. Her passion for education and experience in local fashion, photo shoots and runway has diversified her skill. She educates and challenges herself and incorporates new techniques into her daily work as she continues to develop her craft.

In the salon, she focuses on versatility and longevity; customizing a wearable look. Timeless and modern, her cuts are suitable for every lifestyle while accentuating and celebrating individuality and beauty. Laura currently specializes in cutting and styling at Juut Salonspa in Edina, MN. She designs haircuts for Juut's seasonal collections. Her innovative designs are a fusion of geometric precision and freeform fluidity. As an educator for Juut's New Artist Academy, she loves to inspire others to infuse creativity into their work.
